NO DIA 30 DE JUNHO DE 2020 FINALIZA O PRAZO PARA A FORMALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE OPERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CR\u00c9DITO DO PROGRAMA EMERGENCIAL DE SUPORTE A EMPREGOS<\/p><p>A Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 944, de 3 de abril de 2020, instituiu o Programa Emergencial de Suporte a Empregos, com a finalidade de realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito objetivando o pagamento da folha salarial de empresas.<\/p><p>Foi destinado o valor de R$ 34.000.000.000,00 (trinta e quatro bilh\u00f5es de reais) ao Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES) para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do programa, de origem da Uni\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O QUE AS LINHAS DE CR\u00c9DITO ABRANGER\u00c3O?<\/p><p>As linhas de cr\u00e9ditos abranger\u00e3o a totalidade da folha de pagamento do contratante e ser\u00e3o destinadas exclusivamente ao processamento dessas folhas de pagamento.<\/p><p>No entanto, h\u00e1 limita\u00e7\u00e3o ao valor equivalente a at\u00e9 duas vezes o sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo por empregado e pelo per\u00edodo de dois meses.<\/p><p>QUAL A TAXA DE JUROS, A QUANTIDADE DE PARCELAS E O PRAZO PARA O IN\u00cdCIO DO PAGAMENTO?<\/p><p>A taxa de juros ser\u00e1 de 3,75% (tr\u00eas inteiros e setenta e cinco cent\u00e9simos por cento) ao ano sobre o valor concedido.<\/p><p>O prazo para o pagamento ser\u00e1 de 36 (trinta e seis) meses.<\/p><p>O in\u00edcio para o pagamento ter\u00e1 car\u00eancia de 6 (seis) meses, com capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de juros durante esse per\u00edodo.<\/p><p>QUAIS EMPRESAS T\u00caM DIREITO AO BENEF\u00cdCIO?<\/p><p>Somente ter\u00e3o direito ao benef\u00edcio as empresas com receita bruta anual superior a R$ 360.000,00 (trezentos e sessenta mil reais) e igual ou inferior a R$ 10.000.000,00 (dez milh\u00f5es de reais), calculada com base no exerc\u00edcio de 2019.<\/p><p>Essas empresas dever\u00e3o ter a sua folha de pagamento processada por institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira participante, a exemplo do Banco do Brasil, Santander, Ita\u00fa, Bradesco e Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal.<\/p><p>QUAIS OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES A EMPESA DEVE CUMPRIR?<\/p><p>Para o correto acesso \u00e0 linha de cr\u00e9dito, deve a empresa fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es ver\u00eddicas e n\u00e3o deve utilizar os recursos para finalidades distintas do pagamento de seus empregados.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 a empresa rescindir, sem justa causa, o contrato de<br \/>trabalho de seus empregados no per\u00edodo compreendido entre a data da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da linha de cr\u00e9dito e o sexag\u00e9simo dia ap\u00f3s o recebimento da \u00faltima parcela da linha de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p><p>O n\u00e3o cumprimento de qualquer dessas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es consistir\u00e1 no vencimento antecipado da d\u00edvida.<\/p><p>AT\u00c9 QUANDO AS INSTITUI\u00c7\u00d5ES FINANCEIRAS PODER\u00c3O FORMALIZAR AS OPERA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE CR\u00c9DITO?<\/p><p>As opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito no \u00e2mbito do Programa Emergencial de Suporte a Empregos poder\u00e3o ser formalizadas at\u00e9 o dia 30 de junho de 2020.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
